Audio comes first
Viewers forgive imperfect video more than poor sound. Take a clean feed from the sound desk if possible.
Keep it repeatable
Choose equipment that a rotating volunteer team can set up in the same way each week, and write a short checklist.
Plan for failure
Bring spare cables and power, and decide in advance what happens if the stream drops.
